Terms of Service
- Jinistock customers (exhibitors, sellers, or buyers)
- The License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and the signer and its custodians to oversee the sale and purchase process and to ensure the rights of the parties. Jinistock offers content to benefit both the seller and the buyer for a specific commission that the signer obtains. The License Agreement defines rights and obligations with respect to any content that is authorized by you. By operating under these Terms of Service, you verify that your country of residence is your billing address. Please revisit these Terms of Service when buying any content licenses. Jinistock reserves the right to modify the terms of service at any time at its own discretion. Before these changes are made, the Jinistock team will make an effort to let you know of any such changes. Notice of a change to the Terms of Service may be sent via email to the email address registered in your Jinistockaccount file, or through an announcement on this page, or your sign-in page. Amendments to these Terms of Service will apply to only possible purchases (including any automatic updates). If the content is licensed as modified with the Terms of Service, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service as modified.
- The meaning of digital content:
- All exhibits within the site are referred to as content and include photos, videos, animations, films, videos, audio/video presentations, video elements, effects elements, visual footage, graphics packages, and motion design projects except for images Part I.
- Visual Content Licenses:
- Jinistock under this Agreement grants you a non-exclusive and immutable right to use and modify (except as prohibited here) and reproduce worldwide visible content, for good, as expressly permitted under the applicable license and subject to the restrictions laid down herein.
Part I: Limits to Visual Content
You may not: Use visual content other than that stated in the certificate you purchased with respect to this visual content
*- To portray anyone for use in visual (casual) content in a way that the person may find offensive, including but not limited to
For pornography, “adult videos”, adult entertainment venues, facilities Dating services, or the like.
Tobacco Product Advertising or Promotion
or in a political context, such as promoting, declaring, or endorsing any party, candidate, or elected official, or in relation to any policy or political point of view
* Suffering, fundraising, memory loss, or treatment for physical or mental illness;
Engaging in immoral or criminal activities*
* The use of any visual content in a pornographic, defamatory, or deceptive context, or in a manner that may be deemed defamatory, obscene, or illegal
* Modify the visual content designated "Editorial use only" in a way that changes the context of what was photographed
* Use visual content in a way that violates a third-party brand or intellectual property other, or could lead to a claim for misleading advertising or unfair competition.
* Use any visual content (wholly or partly) as a brand, logo, or another indicator of the facility or as part of it.
* The use of content in contravention of societal traditions or departures from public and religious morals.
Part II. Safeguards and declarations
- The Jinistock website ensures and represents the following.
The Showcase contributors/content creators/exhibitors/co-sellers have been granted all the rights necessary for the content, and the rights set forth in the preceding sections as required.
* The unchanged original footage and images used in full compliance with these Terms of Service and applicable law,
* No copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of another
*Do not violate third-party privacy or publicity rights;
*Not to violate any Egyptian, Arab, or international law or legislation
*Content should not be used in any defamatory, pornographic, or obscene campaigns
- Jinistock does not provide any declarations or guarantees whatsoever. other than those expressly provided in this “Warranties and Representations” section.
Liability of exhibitors and vendors:
1: In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, if you do not breach the terms of this Agreement or any other agreement with Jinistock, the signatory will support you as an interlocutor against injury to sellers or buyers
2: Jinistock does not take any civil or criminal responsibility in the face of others, as long as the content published inside the site abides by all laws, regulations, customs, and social traditions,
Therefore, the website does not allow any content that violates public order to be published.
3: Both the exhibitor and the seller shall assume all civil and criminal liability in the face of third parties in the event that there are property rights of any third party without the least liability on the Jinistock website
To name a few:
Taking pictures without the consent of the owners; taking pictures with the appearance of a secondary element; taking a picture and modifying it by means of modern technologies to violate the right of a third party with the intellectual property right over it
The same is true for videos and animations.
4: In case the viewer asks to remove any digital images or content from the site, this can only be done by contacting the administrators of the site via the site's email(support@jinistock.com). Therefore, the viewer may not sell or display any content inside the site for sale on any other sites, except after the approval of Jinistock. If otherwise, the viewer assumes all civil and criminal responsibilities and the signatory may claim appropriate compensation.
5: The viewer of any digital content shall not be entitled to display its content on any social media site except after obtaining written approval from the site administrators through an email issued by the site administration.
Buyer Responsibility:
1: The buyer shall not use any digital content purchased through the site in contravention of the law.
2: After purchasing content, the purchaser of digital content may not display it on any sites similar to the work of Showcases or sell it to other sites so that the use of the content is for advertising purposes and not for resale.
3: The buyer of any content shall incur all civil and criminal liability in case the content is used in violation of the law
Part IV. Additional conditions:
- Neither Party may waive this Convention without the prior written consent of the other Party, except that the Jinistock Site may waive this Agreement to another company or entity resulting from the merger or reorganization of another company which includes Jinistock, or an entity that acquires part or all of Jinistock's assets or capital stock.
- You expressly agree that any comments made to you by Jinistock or its representatives regarding any questions you may have about these Terms of Service or your use of the content licensed below are only for the purpose of interpreting these Terms of Service and not for legal advice. Jinistock cannot provide you with legal advice and expressly discard any liability of any kind in relation to any feedback from Jinistock or its representatives.
- It is understood and expressly agreed that these conditions of service are only operated for the mutual benefit of the parties to this Convention and that there are no intentional benefits, rights, obligations, or obligations of these conditions of service for third parties.
- In case you breach any of the terms of this agreement or any other agreement with Jinistock, the signatory may terminate your account without further notice, in addition to Jinistock's other rights under the law or property rights.
- Except as expressly provided herein, Showcases does not grant any rights or offer any guarantees, with respect to the use of personal identification information that may be contained in the content or any other sound in the footage, trademarks, commercial appearance, designs or copyrights work of art or architecture depicted in any visual content. Jinistock's website only contains the versions of the Post Permission for Viewers or the Proprietary Proofs explicitly mentioned on the jinistock website .
- The liability of the Jinistock website Allocation under any license purchased under this Agreement shall not exceed the "liability limit" applicable to the license in effect at the time the customer or entity is known.
It must be aware of the claim, no matter how often the content in question is licensed or used by you.
- The Jinistock Web site represented by its liability, employees, members, shareholders, directors or suppliers shall have no liability to you or to any other person or entity for any general, punitive, special, indirect, consequential, incidental or incidental damages, loss of profits, other damages, costs or losses resulting from your use of the content, breach of this Convention by Jinistock, etc., unless expressly provided for..
- Showcases does not guarantee that content or other materials will meet your requirements, or that this use will not be interrupted or error-free. The full risks related to content quality, performance, and use are yours and yours alone.
- If you use fraudulent credit card information to purchase or engage in any criminal activity that affects the Jinistock website, Jinistock will immediately file a complaint with the appropriate authorities, the Internet Crime Complaint Center , and the Public Money Investigations.
Financial transactions for sale and purchase:
- It is well known that Jinistock collects the equivalent of 50% of the sale price to third parties as a content promotion commission on the site.
- The site acts as a viewer of digital images and content for a commission when it is sold to others.
- The financial return for the sale of images or digital content is collected through Fawry
- The buyer can't refund the amount under any conditions
- For vendors of digital content on the site, receivables are accrued by
The seller's dues at the site must reach 1000 Egyptian pounds (thousand Egyptian pounds) or its equivalent in foreign currencies. in order to betransferred
Privacy Policies
This Privacy Statement describes how jinistock manage personal information and respect your privacy. This policy may be amended from time to time. We encourage visitors to and users of our sites to regularly review our Privacy Policy.
All "Personal Information" (which is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains) that we collect and maintain will be subject to this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
jinistock is made up of different legal entities. This privacy notice is issued on behalf of the jinistock group of companies. When we refer to "jinistock", "we", "us" or "our" in this privacy notice, we mean the jinistock entity that acts as the controller or processor of your information, as explained in more detail in the "Entities Collecting Personal Information" section below.
Collection of Personal Information
As a visitor to the Site, you can engage in many activities without providing any Personal Information.
However, when you register to use jinistock site and order products or services as jinistock subscriber in order to provide the services to you, we may collect the following Personal Information from you:
- Contact information such as your name, phone and fax numbers, address and email address; and
- Billing information such as the number, expiration date, card type and billing address of your credit card;
- Demographic information such as your job title, job description and company name and company type; and
- Profile data, including your username and password, details about your purchases and the Content that you license from us.
If you submit content to jinistock for licensing, you may be asked to provide the following information:
- Contact information such as your name, phone number, primary address, and email address.
- jinistock may verify this information by asking you to either: a) upload a scan of a government issued ID (which will be stored securely on our servers); or b) provide a credit card number. If used to verify your identity, your credit card number will be used solely for verifying your name and address. The credit card number will not be stored.
- Payment and contributor information including, but not limited to, payout method, payout email, desired display name, content focus, camera equipment, and information about your skill level and creative process.
Depending upon the activity, some of the information that we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity. As is true of most websites, when you use the Site, jinistock or third party subprocessors contracted by jinistock may also collect certain technical and routing information about your computer to facilitate your use of the Site and its services. For example, we may log environmental variables, such as browser type, operating system, CPU speed, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer. We use these environmental variables to facilitate and track your use of the Site and its services. jinistock also uses such environmental variables to measure traffic patterns on the Site. To better understand the needs of our visitors to the Site we may occasionally match such information with your Personal Information.
In order to reduce errors in our database, authenticate our users, and prevent abuse of our system, we may on occasion supplement the Personal Information you submit to us with information from third-party sources. For example, we may supplement your contact information with address information provided by the email service provider to qualify your information and prevent errors in our database. We may supplement the information that we collect directly from you with information stored in third-party databases, such as demographic information or company information in order to make it more likely that any marketing communications we send will be relevant and of interest to you.
When you download and use our Mobile Apps or Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, and operating system version. We do not ask for, access or track any location-based information from your mobile device at any time while downloading or using our Mobile Apps or Services.

- اتفاقية الترخيص هي اتفاقية قانونية بينك وبين
الموقع
والقائمين عليه
للاشراف على
عملية البيع والشراء ولضمان حقوق الطرفين وموقع جيني ستوك يقوم بعرض المحتوى لاستفادة
كل من البائع والمشترى مقابل عمولة محددة يحصل عليها الموقع وتحدد الاتفاقية
الحقوق والالتزامات فيما يتعلق بأي محتوى مرخص من قبلك. ومن خلال العمل وفق شروط
الخدمة هذه، فإنك تتحقق من أن بلد إقامتك هو نفسه عنوان إرسال الفواتير الخاص بك.
الرجاء إعادة زيارة شروط الخدمة هذه عند شراء أي تراخيص محتوى. ويحتفظ موقع جيني ستوك بالحق
في تعديل شروط الخدمة في أي وقت وفقًا لتقديره الخاص. قبل أن يتم العمل بهذه

- كل مايعرض داخل الموقع يشار اليه بالمحتوى ويشتمل على الصور،والفيديوهات، والصور المتحركة أو رسوم متحركة أو أفلام أو مقاطع فيديو أو العروض الصوتية / المرئية وعناصر الفيديو وعناصر المؤثرات واللقطات المرئية وحزم الرسومات ومشاريع تصميم الحركة باستثناء الصور االجزء الأول.
- تراخيص المحتوى المرئي:
- يمنحك موقع جيني ستوك بموجب هذه الاتفاقية حقًا غير حصري وغير قابل للتغيير لاستخدام وتعديل (باستثناء ما هو محظور هنا) وإعادة إنتاج المحتوى المرئي في جميع أنحاء العالم، إلى الأبد، كما هو مسموح به صراحة بموجب الترخيص المعمول به ويخضع للقيود المنصوص عليها هنا.
الجزء الاول: قيود استخدام المحتوى المرئي
لا يجوز لك:استخدم المحتوى المرئي بخلاف ما هو منصوص عليه في الترخيص الذي اشتريته فيما يتعلق بهذا المحتوى المرئي ويتمثل ذلك فيما يلى
*- القيام بتصوير
أي شخص للاستخدام في المحتوى المرئي (العارض) بطريقة قد يجدها الشخص مسيئة، بما في
ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر تصوير العارض
فيما
يتعلق بالمواد الإباحية، "مقاطع الفيديو للبالغين"، أماكن الترفيه
للبالغين، مرافق أو خدمات المواعدة
أو ما شابه.
فيما يتعلق بالإعلان عن منتجات التبغ أو الترويج لها *
او في سياق سياسي، مثل الترويج أو الإعلان عن أو تأييد أي حزب أو
مرشح أو مسؤول منتخب، أو فيما يتعلق بأي سياسة أو وجهة نظر سياسية
* المعاناة
أو جمع التبرعات أو فقدان المقربين أو العلاج من مرض جسدي أو عقلي؛
الانخراط في أنشطة غير أخلاقية أو إجرامية*
* استخدام أي محتوى مرئي في سياق إباحي أو تشهيري أو مخادع، أو بطريقة يمكن اعتبارها تشهيرية أو فاحشة أو غير قانونية.
* تعديل المحتوى المرئي المعين "الاستخدام التحريري فقط" بطريقة تغير سياق ما تم تصويره.
* استخدم المحتوى المرئي بطريقة تنتهك العلامة التجارية لأي طرف ثالث أو الملكية الفكرية الأخرى، أو قد تؤدي إلى مطالبة بإعلانات مضللة أو منافسة غير عادلة.
* استخدم أي محتوى مرئي (كليًا أو جزئيًا) كعلامة تجارية أو شعار أو أي مؤشر آخر للمنشأة أو كجزء منه.
* استخدام المحتوى فى ما يخالف التقاليد المجتمعية او الخروج عن الاداب العامة والدينية.
الجزء الثاني - الضمانات والإقرارات
- يضمن موقع جيني ستوك ويمثل ما يلي .
لقد منح المساهمون / منشئي المحتوى /العارضين / البائعين المشتركين بموقع جيني ستوك جميع الحقوق اللازمة للمحتوى، والحقوق المنصوص عليها في الأجزاء السابقة حسب المطلوب.
* اللقطات والصور في شكلها الأصلي دون تغيير والمستخدمة في الامتثال الكامل لشروط الخدمة هذه والقانون المعمول به،
* عدم انتهاك أي حقوق نشر أو علامة تجارية أو أي حقوق ملكية فكرية للغير
*عدم انتهاك حقوق الخصوصية أو الدعاية لأي طرف ثالث؛
*عدم إنتهاك أي قانون أو تشريع مصرى او عربي او دولى
*عدم استخدام المحتوى فى اى حملات تشهيرية أو إباحية أو فاحشة
- لايقدم موقع جيني ستوك أي إقرارات أو ضمانات مهما كانت. بخلاف تلك المقدمة صراحةً في قسم "الضمانات والإقرارات" هذا.
مسؤولية العارضين والبائعين:
1 : وفقًا للشروط الواردة في هذه الاتفاقية، وفي حال عدم خرقك لشروط هذه الاتفاقية أو أي اتفاقية أخرى مع موقع جيني ستوك، سيدعمك الموقع كطرف متداخل ضد الاذى الواقع على البائعين او المشترين
2 : لا يتحمل موقع جيني ستوك أى مسئولية مدنية او جنائية فى مواجهة الغير طالما ان المحتوى المنشور داخل الموقع يلتزم بكافة القوانين واللوائح والاعراف والتقاليد المجتمعية,
وبالتالى لا يسمح الموقع بنشر اى محتوى مخالف للنظام العام.
3 : يتحمل العارض والبائع كافة المسئوليات المدنية والجنائية فى مواجهة الغير فى حالة اذا كان هناك حقوق ملكية لاى طرف ثالث دون ادنى مسئولية على موقع جيني ستوك
على سبيل المثال لا الحصر :
ألتقاط صور بدون موافقة اصحابها ألتقاط صور مع ظهور عنصر ثانوى ألتقاط صورة وتعديلها عن طريق التقنيات الحديثة للاخلال بحق طرف ثالث له حق الملكية الفكرية عليها
وكذا ينطبق على الفيديوهات والصور المتحركة.
4: فى حالة طلب العارض رفع اى صورة او محتوى رقمى من الموقع لايتم ذلك الا عن طريق مخاطبة المسئولين عن الموقع عن طريق الايميل الخاص بالموقع وبالتالى لايحق للعارض لأى محتوى داخل الموقع بيعها أو عرضها فى أى مواقع اخرى بهدف البيع إلا بعد موافقة موقع جيني ستوك واذا خالف ذلك فأنه يتحمل كافة المسئوليات المدنية والجنائية ويحق للموقع مطالبته بالتعويض المناسب.
5: لايحق للعارض لاى محتوى رقمى عرض محتواه على اى موقع من مواقع التواصل الاجتماعى الا بعد اخذ موافقة كتابية من مسئولى الموقع عن طريق ايميل صادر من ادارة الموقع.
مسئولية المشترين:
1: لا يحق للمشترى استخدام المحتوى الرقمى الذى قام بشرائه من خلال الموقع فى استخدامه اى استخدام يخالف القانون .
2: لا يحق للمشترى للمحتوى الرقمى بعد شراء المحتوى عرضه على اى مواقع مشابه لعمل موقع جيني ستوكاو لبيعه لمواقع أخرى بحيث يكون الأستخدام للمحتوى أستخدام من اجل الاغراض الدعائية وليس لاعادة البيع مرة اخرى.
3: يتحمل المشترى لاى محتوى كافة المسئوليات المدنية والجنائية فى حالة استخدام المحتوى فيما يخالف القانون
الجزء الرابع - شروط إضافية:
- لا يجوز لأي من الطرفين التنازل عن هذه الاتفاقية، دون الحصول على موافقة كتابية مسبقة من الطرف الآخر، باستثناء أنه يجوز لموقعجيني ستوك التنازل عن هذه الاتفاقية لشركة اخرى أو الكيان الناتج عن اندماج أو إعادة تنظيم شركة أخرى تتضمن شركة جيني ستوك ، أو كيان يستحوذ على جزء أو كل أصول جيني ستوك أو مخزون رأس المال.
- أنت توافق صراحةً على أن أي تعليقات مقدمة لك منجيني ستوك أو ممثليها فيما يتعلق بأي أسئلة قد تكون لديك حول شروط الخدمة هذه أو استخدامك للمحتوى المرخص أدناه، هو فقط لغرض تفسير شروط الخدمة هذه وليس نصيحة قانونية. لا يستطيع موقع جيني ستوك تقديم المشورة القانونية لك وأن تتنصل صراحةً من أي مسؤولية من أي نوع تتعلق بأي ملاحظات مقدمة من موقع جيني ستوك او ممثليه.
- من المفهوم والمتفق عليه صراحةً أنه تم العمل وفق شروط الخدمة هذه فقط من أجل المنفعة المتبادلة للأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية وأنه لا توجد مزايا أو حقوق أو واجبات أو التزامات مقصودة من قبل شروط الخدمة هذه للأطراف الثالثة..
- في حالة خرقك لأي من شروط هذه الاتفاقية أو أي اتفاقية أخرى مع موقع جيني ستوك يحق للموقع إنهاء حسابك دون إشعار آخر، بالإضافة إلى حقوق موقع جيني ستوك الأخرى بموجب القانون أو حقوق الملكية.
- باستثناء ما هو منصوص عليه صراحةً هنا، لا يمنح موقع جيني ستوك أي حقوق ولا يقدم أي ضمانات، فيما يتعلق باستخدام معلومات التعريف الشخصية التي قد تكون موجودة في المحتوى أو أي صوت آخر في اللقطات أو العلامات التجارية أو المظهر التجاري أو التصميمات أو أعمال حقوق الطبع والنشر الخاصة بـ فن أو عمارة مصورة في أي محتوى مرئي. يحتوي موقع جيني ستوك فقط على إصدارات إذن النشر للعارضين أو إصدار إثبات ملكية مذكورة صراحةً على موقع جيني ستوك ..
- يجب ألا تتجاوز مسؤولية موقعجيني ستوك بموجب أي ترخيص تم شراؤه بموجب هذه الاتفاقية "حد المسؤولية" المطبق على الترخيص الساري في الوقت الذي يعرف فيه العميل أو كان.
يجب أن يكون على علم بالمطالبة، وبغض النظر عن عدد المرات التي يتم فيها ترخيص المحتوى المعني أو استخدامه من طرفك.
- لا يتحمل موقع جيني ستوك ممثل فى مسئوليه أو موظفيها أو أعضاءها أو مساهميها أو مديريها أو مورديها أي مسؤولية تجاهك أو تجاه أي شخص أو كيان آخر أي أضرار عامة أو عقابية أو خاصة أو غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو عرضية أو خسارة أرباح أو أي أضرار أو تكاليف أو خسائر أخرى ناجمة عن استخدامك للمحتوى، أو خرق موقع جيني ستوك لهذه الاتفاقية، أو غير ذلك، ما لم ينص صراحةً على ذلك..
- لا يضمن موقع جيني ستوك أن المحتوى أو المواد الأخرى سوف تلبي متطلباتك أو أن هذا الاستخدام لن ينقطع أو يكون خاليًا من الأخطاء. إن المخاطر الكاملة المتعلقة بجودة المحتوى وأدائه واستخدامه تقع على عاتقك وحدك..
- في حالة استخدامك لمعلومات بطاقة الائتمان الاحتيالية للشراء أو الانخراط في أي نشاط إجرامي يؤثر على موقع جيني ستوك ، فإن موقع جيني ستوك سيتقدم بشكوى على الفور للجهات المختصة ومركز شكاوى جرائم الإنترنت مباحث الاموال العامة .
التعاملات المالية ومقابل عملية البيع والشراء:
- من المعروف ان موقع جيني ستوك يقوم بتحصيل ما يعادل 50% من ثمن البيع للغير كعمولة عرض محتوى على الموقع.
فالموقع يعمل كعارض للصور والمحتوى الرقمى بمقابل عمولة عند بيعها للغير.
يكون تحصيل المقابل المادى لبيع الصور او المحتوى الرقمى عن طريق موقع
فوري
بالنسبة للبائعين للمحتوى الرقمى على الموقع يتم تحصيل المستحقات عن طريق
يتسلم العارض مستحقاته عند وصلها 1000 جنيه مصري أو أكثر كل آخر شهر
لا يمكن للبائع أسترداد أو أستبدال المنتج تحت آى مباحث الاموال العامة .
التعاملات المالية ومقابل عملية البيع والشراء:
- من المعروف ان موقع جيني ستوك يقوم بتحصيل ما يعادل 50% من ثمن البيع للغير كعمولة عرض محتوى على الموقع.

الخصوصية
